“Flavourful starter, escargot with a touch of garlic. Mussels were absolutely excellent. Ribeye steak was enjoyable with well seasoned fries. Creme brulee was creamy and rolled off your tongue. Service was great. For once I never felt rushed or have a waiter lingering over me to complete my meal. For sure we will be back.”

“Probably the best food in downtown Hollywood trust me. We had shrimp and waffles, lobster and shrimp with mac n cheese, and kona wings. I can't explain how amazing the flavors are on the wings but its amazing. The seafood was super fresh with subtle yet flavorful seasonings. The service was pretty good. The only thing I would fix is the music being a tad too loud but you get used it after seeing everyone jam to it. Unfortunately I will not be coming back. The head chef Chef Lo has left the company so I'm sure the food won't be the same.”

This cozy little Mediterranean restaurant was clean and smelled nice, Natalia was so informative on their many Vegan menu options... Have to say the ambiance was so comfortable, food was delicious and Natalia was amazing and patient i will be visiting again for sure. “This was my first time in this restaurant, for a Wednesday afternoon the place was busy, their staff was friendly but they lack of good customer service they could improve a little bit more while taking your order they could potentially offer you some suggestions, etc. Food had a good taste we tried the Bandeja Paisa with Carne Azada and also with shredded beef, we also ordered a Mini Bandeja Paisa. Being this a Colombian Restaurant I was expecting to be able to get some Colombian beer but none was available. From the time we place our order to the time they delivered the food we waited a good 20-30 minutes. They also have a bakery in the front where customers can stop by to get some goodies. “Walking into this place, I knew I had succeeded in breaking out of tourist mode. Authentic Cuban American culture is all over this place, from the reserved older men standing at outdoor tables to the lively gruff conversations in Spanish at the inside tables. My waitress and I helped each other over the language barrier, and minutes later I had the most tremendous Cubano sandwich in front of me that I've ever tasted. Pictures don't do it justice, so you'll need to just check this place out for yourself. I sensed that I'd only scratched the surface of amazing flavors and culture at this place, but my Cuban sandwich dinner was unbelievable, and supremely affordable. An unashamed five stars.”

“Great dining experience! Monkitail has a beautiful atmosphere and wonderful decorations that add to the ambiance of the place. We went late on a Saturday night and service was impeccable by our waiter, Mario. We opted to go with the chef's tasting and we weren't disappointed! My favorite dishes were the tuna toro caviar, which just melted in your mouth, and the broiled sea bass, phenomenal! Definitely recommend coming here hungry as we pretty much had to be wheel-barreled out!”

“The breakfast buffet had a variety of choices, including omelets made to order, scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, pastries, fruit, bagels, etc. The coffee was hot and orange juice was fresh. My waiter had a great sense of humor, was helpful, and very attentive. The prices were VERY high. It was $25 a person and that was only because the conference was picking up some of the tab. It's usually $35, but includes coffee and orange juice. :-)”

“Wow! My wife and I found this place when talking a short walk from the Doubletree. The food and wine were excellent. It’s much more than just a bakery. We had a pizza and a hot chicken sandwich. Both were very good. The side salad that came with the sandwich was awesome as well. Needless to say we had leftovers. We will be back next time we are in the area.
