“Good DD spot, convenient location, great staff, you can see the teamwork, if one employee does know something their teammates next to them have their back quick and always with a smile. I do have one complaint, but it is not a serious one so I still give them 5 out of 5 stars. I live for DD Cold Brew Coffee, its delicious, but it's been like three or four times now that they were out. I know it's a busy spot, I always see the manager near by working, not hiding in some office, all hand on deck. So I know it's no ones fault, you can see the are all busting their butts to get everyone their morning fix, but I really love my DD Cold Brew.”

“Extremely hot inside. They sometimes shut off the fans with 100 or more people going in and out. They need fans and AC when 50 or people are in there. The music is great that's why people come back. Bartenders are not welcoming. I stopped going to the bar area and send someone else for my drinks or sometimes I won't drink at all if it's too hot in there.”

“Food is great, I come here often since they first open but I must be honest. Now they are almost always short staffed. They take forever to do anything and there seems to be no sense of urgency. I really liked this place when I first started coming but on a Saturday around 6:30pm certain things aren't ready because they are now making the dough for the food items. I hope that this is something that's short term and they would get back to the great customer service they had before.”

“The food at Donna's is tasty and authentically Caribbean with a Jamaican flair. I ordered the snapper which came with salad, plantains, pigeon peas and rice. Plus a side of mac and cheese which was homemade good. Its not a sit down restaurant with wait staff, but more of take out style. There are places to eat inside; counters stools and some tables. The price of the food is based on portion size which can be confusing.”
