KFC

KFC is KFC I keep going back there because I have a craving once in awhile for their chicken the original recipe. I do not like their potatoes very Bland however they have good coleslaw and their biscuits are outrageous I always get an extra. Everytime I pull up and my I am always saying they need to remodel the inside is very uninviting so I pretty much always get my order to go.

Just went in to grab an eight piece meal. The general manager of that store is fabulous. Everyone in citrus County needs to go see her because she has her customer service A game to please her customers. Wonderful experience and I was one of those customers that changed everything at the last minute to please someone on the phone!!! She handled it perfectly with a smile on her face. At the time I had no Idea she was the Genert Manager!!!

Check your orders! At about 8:30pm, we had to wait about 20 minutes for an 8-piece bucket to be ready and then we only got 7 pieces. We didn't realize until we got home. My husband specifically mentioned he liked the legs and we only got one. We were also shorted a biscuit. The food was good but disappointed that we did not get our full order. There was no one in the lobby but it was very messy...most tables needed to be cleaned. If returning, we would get it to go but check our order before leaving. The best part about the meal was the cole slaw. Yum!
