“This Burger King is a really well-run franchise, the food we had was really fresh and not dry unlike other franchises we've been to along the way. This restaurant being along the interstate is very busy but not impossible to get into and out of and a good amount of time. The restaurant was very clean the employees took time to clean the booths and chairs. The Busy Bee convenience store is also a great place to pick up anything you might need to help with your travels.”

“My friends and I dined here on Saturday April 20, 2019 about 3 PM. The staff were so nice, the food was amazing! Tastes like grandma's cooking on a Sunday supper! The staff were efficient, pleasant and nice. The food was delicious! The salad bar was well stocked and the meat variety was good. They have 3 kinds of breads! rolls, corn bread, Texas toast :) I told our waitress that they need to build one of these in Panama City! We have no restaurants here, we did not have before the hurricane, but had fast food. We need, no we NEED this restaurant in Panama City.! and not at the beach but here in town! especially after the hurricane wiped out so many places! They NEED to build a BIG one here, as they will be so busy with lines stretching around the building for this yummy food and pleasant atmosphere! Just remembering and writing this review makes me want to drive the 200+ miles back there real soon! Y'all make sure you stop in when you can”

“Ok so I’ll start by saying that it’s really slow. Takes a while to get your food, so don’t go when you’re starving. But the food WAS worth the wait. I got a beef chimichanga and a burrito with beef. The quality of the ground beef is so good! The food tastes fantastic! Our server, Katrina, was trying so hard to get to us and take care of us, but the other server left early. I felt really bad for her. She was sweet and friendly and did take care of us as best as she could. They absolutely need to hire more servers and maybe some more kitchen staff. The owners need to take better care of their staff and stop letting one leave early and leaving the one lone server by herself!”

“When we choose Subway this one is our location because of the proximity to our home. It’s normally staffed with one person and tonight was no different. The Guy we usually see wasn’t there. A Sweet Lady (Annie) helped us tonight. She got everything perfect and made small talk about my Daughter in the meanwhile. The “register” was being a pain so I sat and ate, she was having to reboot it. When it came back online or whatever she said everything went through with our meal charge. All I can say is that despite it being frustrating (I’m younger than her and get frazzled when my work computer acts out!) she never skipped a beat and she showed no signs of any mishaps. She’s a class act!”

From my personal experiences I can only say great things about the food and the people there. The reviews under 3 stars have obviously (to me) never been there. From the tamales to the sandwiches to the pork with black beans and rice everything is tremendous. You won't find a better Cuban coffee for 100 miles. Sometimes they are out of a small item or two, but for a small business like them it happens. Locals need to support a place like this before its gone. Travelers you will not regret the very, very short trip off of I-75.It blows the Wendy's away for less money. Give them a try. Even if it's for a quick coffee. There was a Cuban restaurant I went to for 20+ years before I moved up here. I don't miss them.”

“Very good i liked the ice a lot and it was really cool I liked the ice cream it tasted very good I also like how they were games on the side of the store so you can actually play while you wait for the food the only problem is that there are bees out there and because they keep getting in your ice. You can also get a little pup Puppy Bowl that has like chicken or peanut butter ice cream just for your dog and that was great because we bought our dog here and it was only for a dollar”

The sandwiches were reasonably priced and the most awesome Cuban sandwich we've ever had!! While this is not your traditional sit-down restaurant, the atmosphere was festive, the staff very friendly and knowledge and the food was to die for!! It's 74 miles round-trip and I'd gladly drive it just for a sandwich!!”
