The Loop Pizza Grill

We have never been to the loop before tonight. A bunch of our friends told us we should go, and I wish we would have listened to them sooner. The Hamburgs were amazing. But the tomato bisque was out of this world good. We will be making the loop one of our regular visited restaurants.

If you've never eaten at the Loop, you're missing out! Best, best, best burgers! I do miss the spinach salad ????. Just saying! The grilled chicken sandwiches and portabello mushroom burger are yummy, too!

Met family here. Do not have a Loop in my area. Ordered grilled chic sandwich 1St time. Very bland. Onion rings very good. Special pizza delicious per my husband. My son ordered different kind, said the dough was not as good. French onion soup needed more salt. 2 different salads ordered, both good per people eating them. Clean, friendly staff.

Awesome place with amazing food. I walked in here for the first time and i felt like i was warped back into the 1950's or 60's diner complete with unbelievable milkshakes. You walk up to the old fashion counter and then they bring it out to you at your table once it's done. The only down side to this is they need to have table markers for orders because we noticed that it was pretty busy during lunch obviously but probably 3 out of 4 times the person bringing out the food wasn't the person who took the order and walked around asking almost every table that didn't have food if it was what they ordered while the customers who did tried to get their attention. You do have a receipt they check but that is hard to do with a arm full of plates and food. However if they had number markers handed out they could see the order numbers instead of walking around asking and reading while. the food starts getting cold. The staff is extremely proper, friendly, helpful, treated everyone we saw with alot of respect and you could tell they honestly want you there.
I was recommended to get a burger instead of the pizza so I ordered the bacon burger and other than the plate being completely soaked and heavily in grease it was fantastic along with the old fat styled fries really brought back the old time diner feel. The only other thing i would hit them on is the drink station is very crowded in a corner off the ordering counter that you almost always have to bump into someone trying to get out but other than that i certainly would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Food was good- as always. Staff was helpful. They were almost out of the soup I ordered. The server gave me mine right away to make sure they weren't out when my friend's order came up. She was thinking ahead. Not everyone does that. They have someone walking around to get dishes etc. out your way but we did not feel rushed. It felt like they were only trying to make guests comfortable. Reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is the open floor plan causes sound to bounce off of all the surfaces making it hard for me to understand others at my table. There is another Loop near me that is smaller and cozier, much easier for me to hear and understand people. If you don't have that problem, you will be quite happy with this Loop.
