The speed, efficiency, and employee kindness at this location is INCREDIBLE! It’s the lunch rush, yet I went through the extremely long line in a matter of minutes. So awesome!

My kid loves it here. The service is super fast, the staff is always friendly, the restaurant is kept clean, and best of all... they have a play place! It is always busy anytime we go there, or even pass by, but I've never waited too long in line.

It always seems to be crowded, but they get people through pretty fast. I don't think I have ever had a bad meal from them. It is always so hot and delicious.

Very good food. I like their company. Not afraid to get in the drive thru even if it's wrapped around the building. They move quickly with the service plus they personally serve you outside face to face. I like that interaction. Very good job. Keep it up!!!

I go here very often. They've never messed up my order. Sounds crazy but it's true. The drive through line can be long, but it's because the place is so popular. It's the only one on the Westside of Jacksonville. I also use their app to collect points for purchases and earn free food. Very easy and accurate.
