“When I arrived, the employee who took my order was friendly while speaking to me through the speaker. After she took my order and I pulled up, I was greeted with a smile and she confirmed my order, even down to the sauce cups. Then, when I went to pick up my order, another employee greeted me just the same way. My order was prepared in record time AND I didn't have to ask for extra napkins nor remind them to give me the sauce I asked for. Perhaps I lucked out and got the nicest employees there, but as far as I can tell, this location seems to be cultivating a positive work environment. What a difference from other locations where employees clearly act like they don't want to be there and make it seem like it's the customer's fault for their poor attitude. Keep it up!”

Taro milk tea and rosehip milk tea are delicious, and they have a nice little selection of snacks and sweet breads - I personally love the red bean paste bread and taro mochi! Staff also have good suggestions if you're not sure what to get. I don't regret going out of my way for this little place. It was worth the trip out!”
