Flounder's Chowder House

This is our go to seafood place! If we go to the beach then we’ll stop by here and if we’re craving seafood then we’ll make the drive here. My 2 year old loves the calamari. I really enjoyed the fish and chips last time we went. They give very big portions so you’ll have leftovers to take home. They’re right next to the beach so you can go there after if you choose. They also have a small playground for kids. Last time, there were people smoking in the outdoor area and they addressed it immediately. We will continue to come here!

Our family enjoyed eating one of our meals while on vacation at your establishment. My son and I got the famous chowder and it did not disappoint! The bowls are huge portions! My daughter got a salad, and the portion size was also very generous. The waitress was super friendly and very attentive to our needs. We enjoyed the atmosphere and watching a friendly competition of beach volleyball going on while eating. Would definitely recommend to others!

So much food, the flounder spinach dip appetizer is really good and filling, good for 2-3 people. The blackened grouper tasted excellent, good for 1-1.5 people. The coconut shrimp had an excellent blend of coconut mixed into the shrimp, neither overwhelming or underwhelming. Chocolate confusion is huge, good for 3-4 people. Our server was the nicest lady and gave us excellent choices and explanation our questions about the food. Would come again and recommend to all, thanks! Also, parrot was cool too

This is the place to go!!!!! The food is amazing and the atmosphere is cozy. Their Diesel drinks are so delicious and let me tell you, you only need one to get the buzz you want. The diesel drinks also come in different flavors. Our server Katie was so nice and she knew the menu by heart. She suggested the snapper and it was phenomenal! Our food came out quickly even with the place being packed. Firecracker shrimp is a must when you go! Mind blowing experience.

My husband & I went for dinner. We order the Nachos for appetizer. They were super huge! Super tasty. You would need at least 4 adults to consume the amount. I order the stuff flounder w/ asparagus it was very yummy. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. The service was excellent also. Very pleased with out experience.
