Pounders Hawaiian Grill - Pensacola

First time here. Heard this place from an fb group "Pensacola Foodies" It was very delicious! We tried all the meat and they were very tender. The pineapple BBQ sauce definitely put more flavor in the meat. They are good by itself but i like saucy meat. The teriyaki steak is tender. We ordered it individually to see how much more you can get vs a plate because in the plate it's about $2 more. The plate you definitely get more for your money because you get 5 sides. We got 5 macaroni sides!! It taste really good and I love how different it is from the hawaiian macaroni salad I make. Lots of food and hopefully they keep it up with how much they give you.

Thank Gawd they finally got to Pensacola. Now I don't have to drive to Niceville or Crestview. This food is so good that once you try it, it's all you'll ever want to eat. Few seats inside and some outside for seating to eat. But it's good for a grab and go to take it home. Simple menu and quick service. This is the best Hawaiian I have ever eaten.

Tried for the first time today, and Wow! All of the employees are very friendly and helpful, and the prices are very reasonable. I had, Garlic Chicken, Teriyaki Steak, Brown Rice, and Macaroni Salad. Everything was delicious, especially loved the garlic chicken and macaroni salad! My husband had the same, except he got Teriyaki Chicken and Teriyaki Steak. He said his food was amazing as well. The only thing we wish was different, is that the containers they serve the meal in, should have dividers. It's all put together in the container, so anything you order with the meats, gets sauce in it.
Can't wait to go back again! This will definitely be a place that we eat at often! 😋 😋

I ordered the teriyaki and garlic chicken with a side of vegetables, everything was great! My husband ordered the same thing, but with the macaroni salad which I will be ordering next time because it was so good. Pounders will definitely be one of our regular spots to grab dinner at!
