Excellent service, great food. Had a wonderful time with family. Wait for a large table was about 30 minutes. FYI You do have to wait outside. Wish I could remember our server's name because the young man was great. He came quickly, brought our drinks, waited the perfect time to come back and take our order, and answered our questions. Kept drinks filled and checked on us without being overly pushy. Very friendly, very knowledgeable young man. All around great afternoon. 👍

I visited Texas Roadhouse in Pensacola Fl on Davis Highway tonight. They’re super busy. However I was seated within the allotted time the hostess at the stand outside promised. Everyone I came in contact with tonight was very nice especially my server Amanda Corey. My food and drink order were served promptly and Amanda was super friendly and provided phenomenal customer service. I have worked in the customer service industry for many years so I know great customer service when I experienced it from the other side. Kudos to the entire staff and Amanda Corey for a phenomenal dinner experience. I will be back soon, and I plan on telling all my friends and family about how great my visit was tonight!

This place is in a class all it’s own. I was pleasantly taken by surprise here. Every aspect of the restaurant experience was on point. Manager walking around, introducing herself to tables. Staff had impressive team work so no unnecessary waiting. The food was amazing! Everything we ordered was out of this good. Our waitress was so sweet. The hostess obviously knew how to do her job well. The place was immaculate. I’m really impressed with this establishment. The price was very responsible for such large plates. The steak was the best I’ve had in years. This place is well worth fighting the traffic over there and waiting in line for.

We were waiting to be seated which was a 30 minute wait. A server walked by us with a smile and excited to be at work. I said I hope he waits on us. So pleased when he showed up at our table. Z was so friendly and personable. The place was very busy but he was on top of everything. The food was fantastic and we had a great experience. Thanks for everything

One of the best steaks Pensacola has to offer. Get the mushrooms. They are delicious! I have been very pleased with the food and the service since they have opened. I usually order the rib eye with a chef salad with ranch dressing and loaded mash potatoes when I go. Don't fill up on bread. It's addictive.
Update: I ordered a go to dinner for date night. Steak wasn't cooked right and they left out my half gallon and dressing. Check your orders before you leave because they're not.
