Ruby Tuesday

Highly recommend this place! The outside is very clean with easy parking. The inside very well maintained and clean. All the staff is very friendly. The food very flavorful and prepared perfectly. The salad bar was very fresh, clean and nice variety. We will definitely be back!

T he food was good, hot, and served quickly. However, the service was a little slow. Once the server finally came to take our drink order, it was a little bit before they returned with the drinks and to take our order. We were 2. Then the food came quickly, before my husband barely started his salad bar salad. We did not see server again til much later, when we were needing to go boxes and the check. This took awhile too. Did I mention there were three other people in the restaurant, a couple and a lady by herself? No reason for such slow service, or for server not to check on us during meal.

It was really good. We got the salad bar and they required us to wear gloves for it. We all enjoyed all the food we ordered and the server was really nice. I don't like that the masks seem required for the employees because they wear them below the nose. Seems pointless so why bother lol. Overall a good experience. We don't have a Ruby Tuesday close to where I live so it was nice to finally go to one. Did not disappoint!

We drove in from out of town and arrived late. Ruby's was open till 11 and took our 10 top without hesitation. Our server had a great personality and recommended a great drink and dish for me since it was my first time ever in a Ruby's Tuesday. Very much enjoyed.

Amazing customer service. I had ordered off postmaster and had selected the wrong location. Upon calling this store they not only canceled my order for me, but also contacted postmaster to let them know that I wanted to cancel my order. With everything going on it’s great to have those companies that will still go the extra mile for you to help out.
