Sonny's BBQ

Laura Gruenloh, a catering specialist, guided me through the catering process for my recent wedding. She was prompt, informative and kind. Her team who helped run the event were so helpful and sweet throughout the night and the food was amazing. I really felt that the team went above and beyond to make not just the dinner, but the entire evening, go smoothly. We're so grateful!

We order online from the Sonny's on Chellie Road pretty frequently. The food is always really good but my review today is for the service we received on today 06/03/21 @ about 7:40pm. Ordinarily when we pick up our food we pull to the side of the building to check our order and find that we are missing various items like our side dishes and on a couple of occasions entire entrees which is a pain to say the least. We always pay for our food online when we order & I always try to tip 20% as I feel we should. Today the service was well above my expectations as we received our food right on time with absolutely nothing missing. I don't know the kind ladies name at the window but she was super friendly & even put our drink holder in a bag to help keep them in control for the ride home. Thank you to all the staff working there tonight as they did a terrific job!!

Ordered take out, Sonny's Sampler, just before close. They were so quick and exceeded my expectations. When I got home and opened the container, I couldn't believe the presentation and amount. Plus the meat was excellent, moist and tender. I don't know of any restaurant that gives that much value and attention, especially on a take out order. Very pleased...and full hahaha.

Arrived at this location at 9pm (they close at 930pm) the staff was very friendly and attentive. Were not upset we came in so close to close at all. The food was also cooked to perfection and came out quickly. Would recommend to friends, family and strangers alike! Would definitely come back to this location.

My husband and I both got the St. Louis Ribs and it was very good. For sides I got potato salad and green beans and they were also very good. Service was good - we sat at the bar! Great food and awesome service!
