“I had a great experience here for breakfast yesterday! The store was VERY CLEAN and my waitress was named Melinda. She was very knowledgeable and friendly👍Also, she got my food to me extremely fast. Not only that but she was very attentive, despite there being other customers in the restaurant as well. I go to many different businesses out here in Pensacola to eat and normally breakfast time is very hectic with people going to work and such.... But this place and the morning staff I would recommend to anyone looking for a Waffle House in Pensacola!! And DON'T FORGET to ask for her!”

“Angel, Christa and Jessica are all ALL STARS, no pun intended!!! We came to Pensacola with our church for a youth conference, and came to waffle house here off Brent Lane at 12am and the service was absolutely outstanding. We had 30+ teenagers, all loud and rowdy, and with crazy orders, and the staff here, specifically Angel, Christa, and Jessica we’re absolutely incredible. Food was out in a timely manner and it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this waffle house.”

“All you can eat food conveniently located in the UWF Commons. The food is good most of the time but occasionally they let the pasta dry out too much causing it to get hard. One big problem I have is how on the weekend the only thing you can get is a hamburger, salad, or a sandwiches.”

Although it typically does take an excessive amount of time to get your food here, today was much better than the hour and a half wait I had last time when I saw 7 people walk out due to the wait. The employees were much more friendly and customer service oriented this time as well. I am glad to see that improvement. As a simple sub shop, the food is consistent, delicious and highly priced which is in line with the other locations.”

“I downloaded the app for the very first time which was super easy and immediately placed an order to pick up in the store. The app was extremely user-friendly and very convenient. I was able to also view the tracker to watch while it went into prep and then to cook and I received a text message when my order was ready. It was done extremely quick and I was very impressed. Especially considering I ordered on a weekend night which is usually the busiest I’m assuming. I would definitely order again from the store. Good job guys!”

“I was skeptical of how empty it was, but it was a Sunday night. The food is delicious, though; both the appetizer and curry I had were flavorful. The waitress seemed young and inexperienced and did not engage our table frequently or confidently. Willing to change my review to five stars if the service is better next time. “By and large one of the best eateries I’ve been to. I went when it was still the oddly-shaped, military-regalia-filled “wedge” building, before the County forced the owner to sell it so they could demolish it to make the road wider….. I haven’t had the pleasure of visiting the food truck yet, but if they have ANYTHING resembling the original menu, you won’t be disappointed! I used to order the muffuletta sandwich, or the fried fish on Fridays (called-ahead on Thursdays, early!) and they were DIVINE! Real Greek olive paste in-between SO many layers of meats and cheeses, or CRISPY, large pieces of fish with as much tartar sauce, lemon or vinegar you want! And don’t forget the CHOCOLATE CAKE!! LAYER upon LAYER upon LAYER of chocolate-y goodness that you would NEED to share with someone. I hope I can catch the food truck one day so I can try some of the other sandwiches. Every time I pass it, there’s always a small crowd, so that tells me things are going right. :-)”

“Honestly this Waffle House was like any other Waffle House I will say this the guy that waited on me his name was Nick he was absolutely a ball to talk to which added about antique video game consoles mostly no particular reason I don't know how that even happened I made sure that I had what I wanted. It to me quickly it was clean and it was just somewhere to go and 5 in the morning I love traveling but sometimes that's the best you can do is if anything was subpar I would say that I could have used a little more cheese on those hash browns other than that my patty melt with perfect yeah the Coca-Cola's keep on coming”
