He was more than accommodating the entire time we were there. We were very impressed with his hospitality, knowledge, demeanor, and flexibility. “Great place, but they have some issues they need to work out. First of all, I'll say I have had great experiences with most of the employees and the food is fantastic. However, multiple times now they have lost my business because they couldn't be bothered to take my order on the phone. This last time, I called probably 10 times before I got through, then I was immediately told to wait "just a moment". I waited for FIFTEEN MINUTES all the while I could hear the employee talking casually in the background. Never once did they pick up the phone or try to take my order. And this isn't the first time this has happened. But there have been several times where I've called in my order and had no issues at all. It depends on who is working whether this place is it worth your time or not.”

“We ordered the Moreno pizza and added sausage, and wings for pick up. When I picked up I happened to look in the box and didn't notice any sausage, and there were only six pieces of pepperoni! In recent visits I have noticed skimping on the toppings, even when paying for extra, so check your pizza before you leave. Don't get me wrong, their pizza and wings are amazing!! And we will continue to make east Hill our go to for our pizza, they handled it immediately and made things right and we were very happy.”
