Online Ordering ask customers for a pick up time.. yet you get there on time and had to wait 15-20 minutes. Also ordered 30.00 $worth of soup (left a nice tip to the lady who brought the order) and to my surprise no bread sticks... you have to buy them (I was told)... to me is just ridiculous.. then the manager said we don't want you to leave unsatisfied... really?”
