Up The Stairs

We had a party of four with reservations. We were quickly seated and although the service was a little slow the food was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. A little slow but the cocktails were good. After 45 minutes our we shared a crab toast appetizer and as entrees we later had puttanesca and mahi w/shrimp over pasta. The puttanesca was different from any I had seen but was very good. The other dish was a little bland.

Ate dinner here for the first time. Its 21 and over only. We opted to eat outside. It was hot!!! We were actually the only people eating outside at the time they have a larger menu on an iPad that they bring out that has specials and drinks. The good came quickly and our see came out at just the right time each time. We got the crab bruchette which was absolutely fantastic the bread portion was soft and its cheesy and delicious!!! We got the ribeye meal which came with the vegtebles in the photo. The ribeye had a lot of fat but its 14 ounces so still a lot of meat. This is one of the higher prices restaurants around here. We had two ribeye dinners, 6 beers, and an appetizer for $103. (There are more affordable entrees.)

This was a fantastic meal. I had meant to take pictures of it all, but dug into it and finished the soup and appetizer before I remembered. I only wish I had room for dessert that night. It was quiet, mid week and off season, but I felt I was at a 5 star restaurant. Monet Monique was a wonderful server. The beef carpaccio was perfection. The gazpacho soup was the best I have had of that soup in a long time. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Stopped in for happy hour. Great drinks at a good price, great staff. Saw several wonderful looking dishes being taken out to other patrons. The ambiance is perfect for a couples night out. If you are in Apalachicola be sure and check out this jewel of a restaurant and bar. Kudos to the friendly staff and the owner Keri. We will be back, thanks.

Excellent dinner and service was outstanding. We had the best night of our trip here. Morgan was a great waitress and made the night wonderful.
