I always feel that there's always places for improving yourself or a establishment that I maybe was unaware of so I try to leave room for those improvements. It's nothing against a establishment.

Tonight, there was a mix-up and we received the wrong pizzas. When we returned to bring them back, the staff and manager, Valerie, were super apologetic. They offered to remake the pizzas so that they were fresh and offered us a credit for our next purchase.
A couple hours after we returned home, Valerie called to ensure we were pleased with our dinner and apologized again. She was super sweet and let us know how to properly use the credit.
Great customer service and great pizza! Thank you!
