Duke's Brewhouse

We will definitely be back to Dukes! Our first meal actually wasn’t t that great. Hubby was running errands and placed a pick up order to bring home. Let’s just say most of it wasn’t eaten. I’m normally the type to just let it go, I just won’t go back, but that was a $50 meal so I called and spoke with Cecil the manager and also Duke the owner got on the phone too. They were both very receptive, respectful, and totally owned the issue, no excuses. Duke offered to either give me a total refund or a gift card to try them again. Hubby agreed to the gift card, and when we went there Saturday evening, it’s one of the best meals we have had in brandon! Hubby loves wings and he said they’re some of the best he’s had. They were perfectly cooked and seasoned. My steak fajita platter is also one of the best I’ve had, the kids liked their burgers and shared some of ours. The waitress and staff were very nice and did great jobs. The manager Cecil came over to say hello and thanks for coming back. I’m glad we called and were given the card to try them again, we will be back.

First time visiting this place. We ordered the one order medium and one order of Memphis bbq dry rub chicken wings and side of sweet potato fries. The wings were decent size. I will ask for more sauce on. The wings next time. The server was friendly and attentive. The restaurant seating is ok. We sat at high tops near the bar. Seating was for six but, should be four chairs due to tight space. Overall, I was satisfied with DUKE'S and will return to try other menu items. Good amount of drink options, beer, soda.

My husband made reservations for the patio for a memorial to a firefighter friend who passed away and they were very attentive. Great atmosphere, great food. Great service over all. Thanks for helping us make the Memorial to our firefighter friend a very nice event. We will be back for other events for sure. Very friendly staff. Good food.

Went up to the new Duke’s Brewhouse with a group of 9 to watch Sunday football and to try it out for the first time. Plenty of open tables to accommodate but everything went south upon ordering drinks and food. Waitress said “this is my first time, so I have no idea what I’m doing... I’m in training” she brought out 4 draft beers, when we asked for Mich ultra bottles. Finally took our food order for some Basic Apps, wings and wraps that took forever. Part of the order came out within 15 min and the rest was forgot about for 30-45 min until the waitress said the chicken wrap “was stolen by someone” ...huh? That’s weird! We sent the tasteless onion rings back, the wings were just OK (Not Beefs) and the food overall wasn’t really that good. That was the general consensus of the group. Needless to say a manager came over and apologized and took part of the order off the bill. We left hungry and dissatisfied. Need more experienced or properly trained staff, work on food quality/prep and work to provide better service/communication.

Wings were outstanding!!! Great texture, juicy chicken, with exceptional flavor. Great job will definitely be back for more and try the rest of the menu. Best of luck in your recent grand opening.
