WTR Pool and Grill

My company did a team building event there yesterday and I love this place. It used to be Hogan's Beach Club but was bought and renovated. The atmosphere with the pool and the gulf right there, was really nice. The service was awesome the whole time. We rented a couple cabanas and also an area next to them that had a huge sectional couch that went the full length of the wall. The pool and hot tub are awesome and there was a lot of beautiful women everywhere. I will be going back for sure. Highly recommend this place if you're single or to bring a date too.

How many trips to Vegas this summer would I have saved myself if I had known this place was open??? ???? I ironically stayed at the Godfrey Hotel the weekend they took ownership in February and not a word was said about WTR. Can't wait until it warms up to call this place home. There is a huge market demand in every major city for a Vegas-style pool. The Halloween party was lit ????but dead at the pool during the day. This place definitely needs better marketing and advertising - call me. I hope this place can stay open. If there is a need for investors or a sale please contact me.
