Sometimes you won't get a receipt outside only because it gets jammed then you have to go inside. People will greet you as you as you are in the door, everybody is very nice there. “I came to the Panera at USF and they were extremely friendly and welcoming. I was sick and they made sure that I got my hot tea and told me to feel better. They were attentive to their customers and did it with a smile on their face. These employees at this particular Panera is unlike any other. I would know, I’ve worked at other Panera’s in the Tampa area and I have not experienced or witnessed the kind of customer service I’ve received today.”

“Just tried Total Taco tonight and it did NOT dissapoint. We have been to every taco truck around, and while some are good, it wasnt what we were looking for. We wanted authentic true tacos. This place was AMAZING and we will forever be customers as long as they are around. We had the asada burrito, pastor and carnitas tacos. I wish I got a picture but we ate them too fast. Dirty store bathroom is gross with graffiti on walls and with constantly changing employees tells me this store is very bad. Despite being close to home I avoid this store when possible.
