“I came to the Panera at USF and they were extremely friendly and welcoming. I was sick and they made sure that I got my hot tea and told me to feel better. They were attentive to their customers and did it with a smile on their face. These employees at this particular Panera is unlike any other. I would know, I’ve worked at other Panera’s in the Tampa area and I have not experienced or witnessed the kind of customer service I’ve received today.”

I really like their seasonal choices, too! My little ones love watching the donuts being made every time we visit. We ended up buying some Krispy Kreme sunglasses, because we love this place so much. So this nice blonde boy helped me and apologized. They then proceeded to fill the machine and I came back at 7am and it was good to go! But this location and the one on Tampa Rd is the most consistent and ACCURATE for at least a 5 mile radius. Yeah, I've seen some slim donut selections every now and then but that's how it goes. I can still count on this location to make cold brew properly and be accurate on my order.”

“Einstein Bagels are not boiled before baking like in the old country or even in New York deli's, which makes them a little bit softer, but not short on taste. They are way better than those bagel-shaped bread rolls that you get in stores, and you can get them with a schmear! It's also my favorite coffee place in town.”
