“I came to the Panera at USF and they were extremely friendly and welcoming. I was sick and they made sure that I got my hot tea and told me to feel better. They were attentive to their customers and did it with a smile on their face. These employees at this particular Panera is unlike any other. I would know, I’ve worked at other Panera’s in the Tampa area and I have not experienced or witnessed the kind of customer service I’ve received today.”

“Just tried Total Taco tonight and it did NOT dissapoint. We have been to every taco truck around, and while some are good, it wasnt what we were looking for. We wanted authentic true tacos. This place was AMAZING and we will forever be customers as long as they are around. We had the asada burrito, pastor and carnitas tacos. I wish I got a picture but we ate them too fast. “Placed a large 20 pizza order at another local Marco's pizza on Tuesday for a pizza party for our school group on Wednesday. No one showed at the other local Marco's causing me to call this Marcos at 11:20 on Wednesday morning to ask if they could make me 23 pizzas ASAP to take to my school instead. Not only did they provide the 23 pizzas, they did it with a smile, and the manager/owner came in to help with the large order to speed the process up. I am so impressed and they saved the day for our group of over 60 waiting for their lunch. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!”

“So a few words about some of the comments below that blame this location for ridiculous reasons. 1) suggestive selling is a great way to sell in a retail environment. Ever been to Cracker Barrel? They are the Kings at suggestive selling. If you go into a good clothing store for pants or a shirt, they should always suggest socks and belts. 2) Having your debit pin stolen at a station is not an ownership issue. A skimmer is applied to any pump any where and left on for a short period of time. Come back and get it and the thieves have your info. NEVER use a debit card and enter a pin. Credit only where the damage is much less than the whole of your checking account! Always been a great location for something quick or gas at a decent price!!”
