“Our second time (Saturday night) at Southern Social trying to check out their baby back ribs everyone raves about. Unfortunately they were out of them again. We have so far tried their pork tenderloin which was delicious but I wasn't aware that they serve it medium rare and I prefer pork well done. This time I ordered a pork porterhouse and asked for well done but it was very tough and the oven potatoes hard. Chef brought us a variety of delicious sauces, that was a nice touch. My husband's New York strip was very thin but delicious. Overall great ambiance but a bit loud. Service was slow both times. Love the urban look and decor. Also a great place just for drinks and appetizers. Overall a nice place though we will be back maybe call ahead next time to see if they have ribs.”

“This is our favourite friendly pub in Vero. The beer and wine selection are comprehensive, and take advantage of local brews. The vintages are reasonably priced and there were great half price bottle sales when we were there. The staff know their products, we ordered a flight in order to taste a great selection of reds and each one was described to us. The food is eclectic and tasty, the menu has something for every palate including vegetarian options. The open stage on Wednesdays never fails to entertain. This is a great time to come check out this local gem.”
