    My first visit and they were closed they still let me order. The smothered pork chops are AMAZING.

    I went there a couple times and the bbq is ok. The red velvet cake isn't good at all. They gave me a pretty big chunk, and it tasted like pure canola oil!

    We use to drive 2 hours just to enjoy the atmosphere and the food. We live one hour closer and drive one hour to enjoy the service, atmosphere, and food. No special occasion...not attending any event for the most part...We just love the owners and the food. This is our treat to ourselves! It's worth it to US!

    Stopped here on a Sunday on our way to Sarasota from St Augustine. Saw the reviews and decided to check it out. Make sure to park in the street in front of establishment. The food was totally awesome. I had the fried chicken wing special with collard greens and mac and cheese. My husband had the meatloaf with yams and seasoned cabbage. The food was all excellent and homemade. Owners very nice and friendly. A must stop for true at home country kind of dinner or good soul food. Large portions as well.
