Pisces Rising

We found this restaurant walking around Saturday morning to escape the heat and were not disappointed. The food was good and our server Bo was the cherry on top, great service! Will come again for sure :)

Great place for lunch with a view of Lake Dora. We had appetizers of fried green tomato’s, calamari and spring rolls. Everyone enjoyed the appetizers.

I had the beet salad, to which I added shrimp. This was also delicious.

Table service was excellent, the waiter kept our group satisfied with a variety of beverages.

The ambience is great. The service is great. We go to a restaurant to eat great food, especially when paying quite a bit. Unfortunately, most times we have been to Pisces Rising, the food has not been very good. My husband's lamb dish came out cold and he had to send it back. I tried the tile fish. It was so bland and the red rice was tough and chewy. Their menu is very limited. If we are going to pay that amount of money, we will go to Goblin Market where the food is consistently fantastic every time. We may go back to Pisces Rising but it will be for a burger on the patio.
