Absolutely the best Thai Milk tea I’ve ever had!! I always order Thai tea when it’s an option and of the 10-12 different places I’ve had it locally Bahn Mi is superior, the portion+price+quality is a perfect balance and it’s the creamiest, most complex red tea flavor. Make sure to try it when you go.

Who doesn't love a good Banh Mi and Boba tea? Found this place on a whim today when searching for something to eat in the plaza off six mile behind Texas Roadhouse. There is also a new fast casual sushi and hibachi place located next door to this but don't think it's affiliated. Be careful the entrance to Banh Mi & Tea is kind of under another business sign which made us go into the hibachi place first by accident. LoL everything was delicious and fresh as it is a simple concept restaurant. Everyone was masked and we felt comfortable dining in but this would also be a quick take out option if you are in the mood for a fresh Vietnamese sandwich. The ORIGINAL Bahn Mi sandwich is currently the best in SWFL IMHO. #MyLocalSWFL #MisterSWFL ?

Just visited for the first time today. Excellent service and product at a fair price. So happy to have a Banh mi place locally, I've missed those flavors.

Super clean place and very friendly staff. The chicken was grilled to order so I waited for maybe 10min and they brought it out to me. Bread had a great crunch and the veggies were fresh. Definitely have been waiting for a great Bahn mí place and this is it! Coconut Milk Tea with boba was amazing. Would drink it by the gallon if I could.

Boba is delicious and thick, not watery like some other places
