Very busy! The gentlemen that packed my food did a great! He has a very nice smile! Food was very good, my grilled chicken was perfectly cooked!

Everything was awesome!!! Staff was nice and so was the manager.

Chicken tasted perfect and juicy. Rice was nice and fluffy. Black beans cooked and seasoned perfectly and the fried yucca was on point!

I like the food and the last 3 times I have came to this Pollo Tropical all the fountain drinks were mostly water and the lids for the drink cups ran out and me plus some other customers just took a bigger lid for the cup. I like that you can get the sauces you want free of charge. I was a bit sad because there was cheesecake on the menu screen but they said they no longer offer cheesecake so that was sad but I do like the food.

I love this place! I go there multiple times a week! I love the tropichop. Its a very good price and a good amount of food. I would honestly eat it everyday if i could afford to go out every day. Nice atmosphere, plenty of seating, can get pretty busy around lunch time
