“This is one of our family favorite small, local restaurants in Fort Myers. The food and service is always great. My husband usually orders cheese pupusas as appetizers and according to him are the best in town and for dinner we get carne assada for us and the children, the portions are a great size and the prices are more than fair. They have recently moved to a bigger unit and the new place also looks beautiful, love the fact that they have more space now and it doesn’t feel like everyone is on top of each which we still didn’t mind because the food is so good. If you are looking for a Salvadoran cuisine restaurant in Fort Myers than I highly recommend el acajutla.”

“I went to Popeyes for the first time ever today to try the famous chicken sandwich. The customer service was excellent and the help did such a good job with all the customers who were there. The sandwich on the other hand was just OK. The chicken is good quality and the sauce is well done, but the hype over a really really really great sandwich confuses me. It’s no better than Chick-fil-A. Such a shame that so much violence was done for this mere piece of meat. 5 stars for the service, 3 stars for the sandwich, averages out to 4 stars.”

“Life-Deserves 100 stars! My family and I ate here on 2/20/2020. There’s so many great things to say about this place, I don’t know where to begin. Awesome customer service, amazing fresh tasty food and generous meal sizes for the price. One top thing I love about this place that makes it such a welcoming place is that the owners make themselves present with the customers. This is something I have never encountered in any restaurant. I really wish they had a location in New York. I would continuously invest in this place. Their name Life is perfect and it definitely matches and connects to the awesome food. The wait time isn’t bad but for some others it may be a little slow however it’s definitely worth the wait because they make the food from scratch. Which is another thing I love about Life that I haven’t experienced in any other restaurant. The food made by LIFE definitely brought me more LIFE (energy). This place can definitely convert all carnivores into Vegans. Even if you’re not vegan, I guarantee you will enjoy their food. “We enjoyed the quick service from drinks to meals in this brightly colored, open concept kitchen. The waitress warned us of the oversized portions, we ended up taking 2/3 of food home with us. Corn beef hash was okay, cooked to crispy with what seems like a hefty portion of hash. As you can see, country fried steak came with a mountain of potatoes doctored up to include onions, peppers and cheese of choice. We started with a buckeye Doug-nut, which was sweet. Would like to try cinna-sugar! Overall good food and atmosphere paired with a good cause - 5% of sales to foster kids.”

“This place is awesome! Went there around dinner time on Monday evening. Ordered a Connecticut lobster roll and made it a combo and added on a cup of clam chowder. The lobster roll was warm, buttery and soft. Of course the lobster itself was delicious. It was really quite good! The chowder was surprisingly good as well! We ate at the tables outside and enjoyed the awesome January weather. People that were walking by either asked us how the food is or they've already had it and said how delicious it is. The owners were super friendly. Great meal! If you use the app you can get 10% off weekly. So, without a doubt, we will be back next week!”

“Great spot to watch sunset without the long drive to the beach. Drinks were 2 for 1 and they didn’t skimp on alcohol. We went downstairs so we didn’t take up a table at dinner since we were just drinking and I forgot to bring my backpack which I left on back of chair! Lisa the manager was awesome! She had it behind the desk!. Really appreciate how the staff was attentive without being intrusive. The grouper bites looked delicious- will come back next time and eat something w drinks!”
