“Joes was parked outside of the hospital today, after coming out worried about my dad, my brother and I saw Joe's Jumbo Weiners and said screw it, let's try it out. The man serving us was absolutely hilarious and down to earth, an amazing person really. I'm sorry about your beans! The Dogs are absolutely amazing! “I just want to start of by saying that I eat BBQ, A LOT, so I know what I like & what I don’t like. I did not like this. It’s wasn’t bad. I just wouldn’t double back on them. This hit all the checks in my BBQ book but TO ME, the flavor wasn’t there. I love the family feel of their establishment. I love of efficient their ordering process is. I just, I might have expected more and it under delivered. When I walked in there was only one person then it quickly filled up, always a good sign when getting food. However, my food was warm. For the amount that I spent, I just *sigh*. My ribs were boney, the meat that was on there was like warm and a bit tough. The mac and cheese was disappointing, it looks and tasted like someone made the Mac and forgot to add the egg and milk and tried to last minute, so nothing stuck together, then they added cheese on top. The potato salad, calling it that is a reach. It was watery and the potato pieces were irregular. There was a huge chunk of potato amongst a few smaller pieces and that watery concoction. I got a side of their rice and just to skip to the point the rice was deep on the salty side. I’m aware that every restaurant makes their food differently and that’s what sets them apart from the rest, I was and still am unimpressed.”

“Our first time here and it will absolutely not be our last! I had the cheese ravioli with butternut squash sauce, my husband had the veal Francois! My ravioli were delicious, and the sauce was really different in a good way! The lemon sauce on the veal was perfect and the linguine tasted like homemade! Our server Duke, made us feel very welcome and like we’d been coming in there for years! We will definitely be back!”

“Excited to see a Cuban restaurant in my area but the steak sandwich I got today wasn't the greatest. Mostly the mustard ruined it for me but even without the mustard, the sandwich is light for 10.99 and the steak is thin and dry, so with the pickles and chips, you couldn't taste steak at all. I'm sure plenty of people will love it but it wasn't for me. I do look forward to trying them again and I hope they get paper menus. They are very friendly and the place is clean and pleasant.”

“My friend and I had lunch today at this restaurant. We had an excellent dining experience with a fantastic meal and our lovely server Bella. I had the Buffalo Chicken Salad and my friend had the Summer Salad. We both agreed the ingredients were very fresh and the salad combinations had the perfect amount of some out of ordinary ingredients such as, luscious dried cherries, perfectly cut celery, and specialty blue cheese crumbles. The Blue Cheese dressing was some of the best I have eaten. My Friend loved her dressing on her salad too. Fresh iced tea as well. We had not planned to have dessert but Bella suggested a piece of their homemade Butterscotch Cheesecake. We were glad she did, it was divine! We can both recommend this particular location of The Standard. We suggest you give it a try.”

“Great place to visit when in Burnt Store Marina. Steps from the water, the Trading Post is a great place to grab a quick bite to eat. Can only vouch for the omlettes, but having been here several times, the other food always looks good. Depending on the time of the year and when they are open, you can grab a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise over the marina. By far a favorite of mine whenever I'm down in the area. There are plenty to outdoor dinning seats to enjoy your breakfast.”
