“I'm a Tally local and I've been going to China First for as long as I've lived here, which is well over fifteen years. This restaurant never disappoints, and is without a doubt my favorite restaurant in all of Tallahassee. The buffet prices are more than reasonable, and the food is consistently fresh. One of my favorite things to get from their buffet is the sushi, and unlike some of the places in town they don't limit the amount of sushi you're allowed to get. I will be continuing to dine here for many years to come.”

“The ambiance wasn't what I expected but it was a cool aesthetic I guess. The smallest pizza was like a personal pizza and they some how make it 6 cute little slices. I didn't see very many hair masks or gloves being worn in the food prep area. The taste was just ok not entirely great NY style pizza, but it's sufficient and passes the fold test.”

“I read the reviews before going here and we got the feast for two. It fed two adults and two children AND we had left overs. The pork is SO GOOD, chicken was... chicken and the brisket was yum! Definitely a friendly place and each staff member greeted us with a smile and small talk. I didn’t notice anything bad or anyone receiving any different treatment by not being “the right type” like previous reviews that mentioned negative treatment. The beans were just okay but my husband and kid loved them. Definitely going back!”

“My son and I went out for a late breakfast to start our day off on the right foot. We ate at the Waffle House located off of Exit 209 and the staff was amazing there. Our waitress, Kim L was fantastic and she reminded me of my Grandmother who passed away in 2003. But let me also say that everyone there had a great spirit about them and made it feel welcoming while spending a few hours there. The cooks were on point and the other staff's there worked together to keep the place moving perfectly. It made the rest of our day a much better outcome.”

The only reason I gave 4 stars was because they were out of the pork chops and key lime cake. We went at 4:30 and the restaurant wasn't very busy, so I'm not sure why they were already out.”
