“The service isn't the greatest here. I have been here a few times and when I have been seated out on the floor, the service just seemed like an incredibly long wait. I have also sat at the bar thinking it will be better, and the bartender not only had the bar drinks to make, but the rest of the restaurants as well, so it took a while for me to get my order in. There really should be at least two bartenders during busy hours, so one can work the floor orders and one work the bar orders. I came out here one Thursday night and there seemed to be a bike meet going on so that was pretty interesting.”

“Normally I have a lot of issues with this McDonald's as I do a lot of them but the girl that took my order tonight in the first window.... ( I think her name was stephanie) was amazing she was so sweet and so efficient. She actually made me feel welcome. I haven't had customer service like that at McDonald's in years. We got our entrees just a few minutes after our appetizers were delivered, which meant our entrees got a little cold while finishing our appetizers. Its like our White Castle at this end of town. The help is always very pleasant. “I don't go for fast food too often, but this McDonald's location is nearby my workplace and is a great place for a quick lunch. Overall, this is a great restaurant in the franchise, and the workers are to be commended. The location is very clean, and each time I've stopped here, there is a worker who is continually cleaning the dining area. It's a modern venue, too, with TVs, and excellent seating. Much of the time they do not have a cashier inside, and customers use a touch-screen ordering system. Normally I hate these things, but this McDonald's ensures there is a worker available to assist customers with ordering and beyond. They also use a sit-down service; after ordering, take a number and your food is delivered. Nice! Now, the one downside I've experienced here is that sometimes for the in-restaurant dining, the food can be a bit slow to come out. Granted, this is not horrendously slow. Usually like 10 minutes max. However, it is slower than many fast food places. At least the food is fresh! Overall, I'm very satisfied with this McDonald's and will definitely return. The management here should be very proud of their staff. I am thankful for their efforts and hope that the company rewards them. If each McDonald's had such great workers, the chain would easily crush all competition.”

“This hidden gem on the North Trail, just north of the airport on the left. Attached to a convenience store. The food is extremely fresh, very large portions and unheard of prices. Everyone I have encountered are super polite and tolerate my lack of Spanish. But it’s not needed as they understand English perfect. The Cuban style pork is the best I’ve had south of Tampa and just as good if not better. It is family run with a few non family members that act like they are and fit right in. The dining area is small so during high season be prepared. They are open Tuesday-Saturday from 11-8 and Sunday 11-6. Closed Mondays. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed!”

“The place was immaculate, the girl behind the counter Maxine was absolutely wonderful, everything tastes very good except I had one small problem with my chicken. I don't remember ever in my life having that much problem chewing a piece of chicken. At first it was as if it was a frozen piece of chicken but it was hot. The texture was like a very very dry tough pork chop. When you bite into chicken your teeth should go right through it. This was almost like eating a piece of fake chicken. I can only compare it to biting into a piece of pepperoni . It Taste great, but the texture was just awful. I can't blame the restaurant I think it had to be wherever they got their chicken from. I think I will try something else next time because the flavor was so good. As for their tea, wow yummy yummy yummy”

“When driving on University Parkway in the morning, I like to stop at this restaurant for breakfast. I enjoy Eggs Benedict and they often post breakfast specials on the whiteboard. Portions are generous and the menu offers plenty of choices. The wait staff is very friendly, efficient, and responsive. Plenty of parking in front and handicap accessible.”
