“Finally ordered from this location last Saturday and it was very good. My order was spot on, they saw all my notes. I was very happy with my order. Today I visited again, I had the best customer service experience! Rachel was amazing, very polite! Jorge the manager went above and beyond to make me have a great customer experience and Chad the chef killed it, he had to do a quick refire but he made the the food juicy, and honestly it was cooked to perfection! This P.F. Chang’s location is the perfect addition to Miami lakes! Way better than their own restaurants! Will def be returning!”

“I always use Sunday as my cheat day and today I went for pizza. I’m a thin crust pizza lover so wanted to find a place that made this one. It was Delicious made to perfection. “I had an ok experience here. They were a little slow with service though. I assume it was because they didn't have enough staff; aleast it appeared they were understaffed. When the guy did come and help, he was very nice and made up for the wait. The other members (women) just stood there and didn't even speak. Not even a "someone will be right with you" or anything. Customer service goes a long way. We only came because it was happy hour and wanted a slush.”
