“Charming little grocery just off Overseas Hwy at MM 24.5. The associates were very helpful and friendly. The meat counter is well stocked with fresh proteins. Clearly there is a skilled butcher there All of the dry goods and staples had good dates and they turn over often. The sub sandwiches look delicious. Very convenient between Key West and Big Pine. The prices are reasonable and I don’t mind paying for the convenience and supporting locally owned business. We love it so much. Our granddaughter was named after Murray’s. OK that’s not true. Her name is Murray and it’s just a coincidence, but still a great place to shop. Highly recommended. 10 stars.”

“We visited the morning after Thanksgiving and although it was busy, the service and food were fabulous. Our sever was polite and efficient. Our food came out piping hot and was prepared perfectly. I ordered the breakfast burrito with sausage and it was so yummy! We will definitely visit again next time we are in the area.”

“Love that the majority of this restaurant's guest chooses the outdoor patio as the atmosphere is great and the live music makes it just that much better. The food is awesome to say the least, and both food and bar are reasonably priced. They serve a Grilled Cheese Crab sandwich that has recently been added to the regular menu. We first had it as one of the daily specials, but when we returned, the sandwich had been placed onto the regular menu, which I wouldn't doubt was done by customer requests. The sandwich was so awesome that we've been back two or three times for that specific entree. There were three of us the first time we tried it, and all three of us returned together each time with our mouths watering, all of us knowing we were going to order that same sandwich, and we did! It has yet to disappoint. Although the sandwich, served as an entree and comes with your choice of one side, is plenty big enough to fill you up, don't be surprised if you are tempted to order an extra one for the table to share or one for yourself to take home, as it honestly is just that good!! The Servers are always on top of their game, and seems each of them has the others back always willing to offer their service when and if needed, and happy to so, always with a smile nonetheless. “Hidden gem if you are driving to Key West. After reading the reviews, we decided to stop for trying their conch fritters. Absolutely delicious! “Fish dip was good. I have had at several restaurants, and this was at the top of the list. Gouda bacon ranch chops were good. they just had too many chips and needed more toppings to equal out. Staff was friendly and helpful. Played mini gold while there and bought some things at the open air market (only Saturdays). Had 2 for 1 bloody Mary's, very good.”

“What a great place! Vintage Florida motel. Not a lot of amenities, but super clean. We had the two bedroom, that had a large walk in shower, micro and fridge. Beautiful, heated pool with lounging deck. HUGE tiki bar with entertainment AND locals to make everything welcoming. Although staff is amazing, THIS IS A BASIC MOM AND POP MOTEL. If you're looking for plushy this, and cushy that, this location may not be for you. They cater to scuba diving, therefore tile floors in the rooms. Clean tile floors...not questionable carpeting. If you're looking for safe, clean rooms and friendly folks, make your reservation now. Less than 30 minutes from Key West. Add on: We were running late and received a call from staff asking when we would be arriving. Say that last line again. Staff called asking when we would be arriving. This would not happen at a chain.”

“Right on the water and unlike many other places in the lower keys, it's away from the main highway. The place has quite a large parking lot, but due to the number of folks who go there, you may have to park out on the side road. It's huge, with areas under cover. Upstairs, or outside. There are 2 bands every day, the service is good, and they have a varied selection of food and drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed everything we had, especially their cheesecake. It was creamy and moist. One drawback is the restroom by the stage. There is only one toilet in each, and there was a line the whole time we were there. I didn't notice if there were others, but that's where we were nearest. Most of the crowd are friendly locals and long-term snowbirds. Also lot of friendly dogs.”

“This place is so good I had to write a review before I finished my plate. This spot was recommended to us by the manager of our Airbnb. I wasn’t sure what to expect because you can’t trust everyone’s opinion of BBQ. LOL. We decided to take a chance. It has 5 star rating but only 9 reviews. Well guess what, it is the most delicious bbq I’ve ever had. It’s moist, delicious, fresh, flavorful. The sauce is so good. I will always stop here when we’re in the Keys now. Tbh I’m more of a seafood person and I would eat this all the time if it were near me. Yum! You won’t be disappointed!”

“All vegan food except for some added pescatarian dishes! 3 fruit smoothie all organic was super tasty and made just right Soup of the day: Thai coconut mushroom was extra chunky with tofu and mushrooms! “We liked everything about the place. It's roomy inside, there were plenty of servers running around taking care of us, and the food was tasty. When we pulled up, the parking lot was full, and the roadside parking had many cars, but we didn't have a problem getting seated as soon as we entered. They have many choices on the menu, and lots of drink selections. All of the entrees come with two sides. You can choose from fries, sweet potato fries, slaw, salad, veggies, onion rings and a few other things.”

“Friendly service. Cashier gave the kids some extra fortune cookies. Sauce packets are self serve which is always nice. The reason for 3 stars for atmosphere- sign outside says take out only. We drove 2 hours headed to key west and needed a place to sit down and eat with 6 &3 yr old. Dine in option would have earned 5 star for atmosphere. Overall good food.”

“We had breakfast and enjoyed it. I had Huevos Rancheros, and my wife had a breakfast burrito. Both were good, but a little bland compared to what we're used to. I guess they want to cater to everyone's taste and in their defense, there was hot sauce available. We did think their tortillas were very good. Oh yeah, we also had guava and cheese turnovers...yummy! I only gave a 4 for atmosphere because the seat cushions are old and they serve you with plastic cutlery. Nothing wrong with that, but I can't justify a five compared to everyone else's place settings. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We will be back to try some of their lunch fare!”
