“At first, you might think it's just another Margaritaville restaurant, and it sort of is; but, this is more, it's the original. It has a different feeling and different atmosphere. The waitress was great, the food was, as expected, great. The price is not too bad. The actual restaurant is small, not like the typical Margaritaville locations, but it was great. One of the places you must go while in Key West.”

“It is a hole in the wall type food joint. But it does have the best cubano sandwich you will ever have. The sangria we had was also pretty good. It does look like it’s a family owned business. It’s a really great place if you love great food and don’t care too much about the ambience.”

“By far the best place I visited in Key West! The service, the food, the atmosphere were all 5 🌟. I tried the Jerk Chicken Tacos and were hooked. They had just the right amount of spice. And the Irish Coffee??? OMG!! I've visited twice and am on my way now before heading to the airport. This place is a gem that you must try when you're in the Keys.”

“We heard about Hog's Breath Saloon from a friend at my office. It was delicious! I had the smoked fish dip (an appetizer that came with homemade tortilla style chips) and it was so, so good! $14 for food and $26 for drinks! We had a few drinks, listened to live music and service was really good, too! I highly recommend this place!”

“After having my fill of burgers down here in Key West, I was happy to spot this Phô place for dinner. It has a cool mellow atmosphere inside. At 7pm on a Tuesday night it was not crowded, but not empty. I had the steamed buns - amazing! - and the house pork Phô - good but not great. I definitely recommend this place. The lotus root in the phô is a nice distinctive touch.”

“This place is low key a gem in Key West. It’s just off Duval, so it’s out of all the riff raff. They have a pretty good selection of beer as well. I stopped here 2 times while in Key West. 1st time was later at night and the bartender brought in his Golden Retriever dog. Don’t remember the bartenders name but he was super nice. Finn, the dog was great, made me miss my dogs back home. 2nd time I came in, we had another great bartender. We came in mid afternoon for a few more beers. The vibe is really laid back here which is a nice change of pace from the rest of Key West. The service again, was great and the beers are relatively cheap. I’m definitely coming back.”

“If there was an award for coolest bathroom on Earth, these guys would win. The restaurant has the right amount of whimsy and Epicurean Fair. The food is truly excellent and the staff is absolutely first rate. Brian was our bartender and waiter and he made our experience truly memorable and one that I will do again. This restaurant is small so I would recommend making a reservation so you can get a table. Without a reservation I would suggest coming early and asking to sit at the bar as your best bet.”

“All 5 of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The food was amazing and the server was on top of everything. We will definitely be returning. My yokisoba noodles were so rich and flavorful and full of meat and veggies. Delicious.”

“Looks like we saved the best for last! Our visit to Tempt was nothing short of exceptional, largely thanks to the wonderful service provided by the ever-so-talented bartender, Shawn. From the moment we walked in, Shawn greeted us with a warm smile and a genuine enthusiasm that set the tone for the evening. Shawn's knowledge of the cocktail menu is truly impressive. He took the time to inquire about our preferences and offered insightful recommendations the were tailored to our tastes. Each cocktail he crafted was a masterpiece, blending flavors with such finesse that every sip was a delight. It's safe to say these were the best cocktails we've had in Key West – each one was a testament to Shawn's skill and dedication to his craft. If you’re wanting to know who serves the best espresso martini, this is the place! Feeling naughty? He can make you a chocolate espresso martini! I know… it’s as delicious as it sounds! What truly stood out, however, was Shawn's personable nature and his ability to make us feel not just like customers, but like welcomed guests. He shared stories about the drinks he made and his travels creating a memorable experience that went beyond just great service. His attention to detail and genuine interest in ensuring we had a fantastic time made our visit truly special. The ambiance of Tempt was cozy and inviting, but it was Shawn who truly made our evening unforgettable. His professionalism, combined with his friendly demeanor, elevated our entire bar experience. We left the bar/hotel with smiles on our faces and memories of a wonderful night in Key West, thanks in large part to Shawn's exceptional hospitality. If you're looking for a bar with top-notch cocktails and an atmosphere where you're treated like family, look no further than this place. And be sure to ask for Shawn – he's not just a bartender, but a master of his craft who ensures every visit is an experience to remember. Thank you Shawn!!”

“Are outside at the restaurant and my wife had a good view of Duval, I did not. There was complimentary bread with oil and vinegar. We shared crab cakes which were just good. My wife enjoyed the chicken and I had sirloin steak with lobster tail which was prepared as ordered. Key Lime pie for desert was not as good as what I’ve had in Canada. The atmosphere was really nice and inside looks very interesting and artistic. The bar looks like a cozy fun place for couples or friends. I would go to the bar if I ever get back to Key West. The staff were not warm, just doing a job.”

“Food was ok. Nothing special with disappointment. I was disappointed about my food. I ordered Cuban bowl because I love roasted pork and plantain but my plantain is not ripe enough(not sweet and hard) an sky roasted pork was not roasted.”

“When we first walked in there was almost no one but few seconds later people started to rush in. The Atmosphere was AMAZING and the food was even more. My family and I ordered the Lobster roll, wings, oysters, and the family seafood plate. Let me started one by one, the lobster roll was all nice and fully covered in delicious butter and the fries were as crispy as chips, the oyster were also looking and tasting very good and it was a Happy hour too so the oysters and wing were a dollar a piece so we ordered them, the wings were even more juicier and it had delicious flavor exploding in my mouth. The last one is the seafood combo, In my opinion I don’t really like seafood but this made me in love with it forever and this restaurant made me actually love seafood. The service was amazing 10/10. :D”

“What a great spot. We were wondering around on Duvall St and heard the live music. Decided to stop in and check the place out. Key Lime Pie was very good. It was busy mid-week. The entertainment was really good. Had the crowd engaged and participated in the singing and antics. We stayed there for a couple of hours. The place was full by the time we left.”

“Great, no-frills hole in the wall serving up a pretty lean yet diverse menu. I already had a lobster roll this trio down the street at DJ's so I wanted to try somewhere else when the craving hit me again. In my opinion, the lobster roll here is much better than the one from DJ's. Great quality. This place is the Key West equivalent of New York pizza shops; very unassuming when viewed from the street but the food packs a punch.”

“3.8/5 Stars The pizza is alright and pretty fresh. There was practically zero sauce on the pizza and that's what made it not so great. If they added more sauce the pizza would of been way better. I heard other people say this before so this isn't new.”

“Not sure how I haven't wrote a review here yet! A must stop while in Key West. I highly recommend the Korean BBQ beef tacos or the Yum Yum shrimp tacos. Pictured is the lobster roll and the key lime pineapple drink. The lobster roll was good (still prefer the Korean BBQ or Yum Yum shrimp) and the drink was super tasty! Seemed more like a yummy treat than an actual cocktail, but in the best way possible.”

“Came here for the Garbos Grill food truck, didn’t know it was connected with Hanks. Live performance was great while enjoying my burrito in a warm sunny afternoon in February! A lot of dog owners brought their dogs.”

“Stopped in with a group of 9 right at opening, not very busy at all during the week. Food was awesome, we went light just to have some snacks before bar hopping the rest of the day. Sitting out under the Banyan trees was beautiful and not too hot even at 11:30 in June. Food took a while to come out but was worth the wait.”

“While visiting the Key West, we came across The Baklava bakery. This was truly amazing place to grab a piece of Turkish cuisine. Definitely must try Baklava and for lunch try cheese Burek. You won’t be disappointed if you know the taste of Turkish delicacy.”

“Our absolute favorite sub, sandwich, and gourmet cupcake place in Key West.. Hands down!! This local spot is a must visit and prepare your HUNGER because these massive subs are sure to fill you up! ALSO MUST save room for a mouth watering cupcake afterwards! As you can see from the pictures we visit this spot as our first, last, and in between our many trips to KW. We order and take these on our boat and beach trips and even fly them home to our kids per their request. We have tried every single sub in this place and a hard time deciding on a Favorite. I personally am a pastrami snob and have to order that sandwich at least once and my husband is obsessed with the Balboa their signature sub! You really cannot go wrong. The owners are two of the most hard working individuals and make sure your stomach is satisfied as well as your sweet tooth. They strive for perfection when it comes to an amazing lunch spot and never disappoint. If you have one day in KW on a cruise stop or spending some quality time checking out the island on vacation or boat outing DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STOP HERE!!!!”

“Best seafood in key west. Spent less at latitudes on sunset key (that everyone raves about) and enjoyed the food here to what I expected there. This restaurant is right off Duval and is a hidden gem. We almost walked past it because the bottom level just looks like a bar (main restaurant is upstairs). It's air conditioned, has fun decor. Immense value. It wasn't super busy for Saturday night, but summer is the slow season here. If I had any requests, it was we wished for more oyster variety than just gulf oysters. Our waiter, Mateo, was awesome. Kept checking on us, getting our water, clearing plates that we finished to make space. He was also super helpful with local recommendations. He convinced my husband to share carrot are with me, he's a hero. The carrot cake is awesome and huge! Foodie approved!!”

“An AMAZING spot for Sunday Brunch! We ordered the chicken and waffles and the french toast. Serving sizes are plenty!! We would have actually split our plates. Service was great with the hostess and the waitress. We sat in the back garden which despite being hot was actually very cool with the shade and fans. Highly recommend!”
