Wow. Let me begin by saying this was our first time to The Patio at 5th and Ash and it was absolutely incredible. We started with the drunken cheesy bread (pictured) and followed it with a carafe of the Red House Sangria which was absolutely delicious. Also, our waitress, Leslee, was wonderful! She is a big part of why our dining experience was so incredible. She is very attentive, upbeat, & personable! For dinner, I had the shrimp scampi which was equally delicious. This place is definitely a hidden gem that I will return to. Absolutely wonderful addition to Amelia Island!!!!
We had the BEST 1 st time experience at The Patio in Fernandina Beach FL
The staff is exceptional, engaging and just a lot of fun! We are future residents of the island and visit once a month to check on our new build. We love to go out and explore. We especially love trying new restaurants and the Patio did not disappoint! We had the delicious beet salad, caesar salad and the wonderful grouper. The meal was outstanding! Shout out to Heidi our lovely server, Conner, for keeping us informed on the drink creations happening and Scotty! The smoked honey old fashion was a hit! Thank you all for leaving a lasting first impression!
Aptly named, The Patio, has lots of space and yet feels cozy at the same time. An inviting atmosphere with an intimate appeal makes this an ideal spot for a date or hanging out with friends and family. I stumbled upon this place due to the proximity of my parking space and was pleasantly surprised! The food was delicious, I happened to time it with happy hour, and sat at the bar during the staff changeover from lunch to dinner. This gave me an opportunity to try 3 dishes and the honor of meeting several staff members. Obviously the staff here are well taken care of. It shows in their service; they all are really happy to be there. Carol and Leslee both pour up great cocktails! Be sure to tell them Rae sent you and ask for the 3 for 1 deal!
Just kidding about the 3/1 deal, but their company alone feels like a win!
I realize this review sounds like I’m related to the owner. I am not. I’m merely a nice weather chaser in an RV who loves good food and good company.
We had a great meal at the Patio tonite. Brandy (FOH manager) was our server and was wonderful. Highlights included the meatball appetizer, the lobster ravioli, and the linguine with clams. All delicious and appropriately sized for the price (and for hearty appetites). The live music during dinner was an added bonus!
This patio never disappoints! Came in for a late night dinner an hour before they closed and still received perfect service! We have tried multiple dishes and all have been amazing, especially the shrimp and grits and crab /corn chowder. Bringing friends back after the FL/GA game for relaxing with adult beverages fireside on the patio. Food and atmosphere is on point but honestly the staff is just as incredible!
