The owner is a great conversationist, I love that the trailer is ALL VEGAN!!, the meals are packed heavy, and not only that but everything is VERY delicious. The flavors are bold and unique. It should be a crime to pass through fort Walton beach and not visit plant based wellness con sabor 👍🏽👍🏽

This food is some of the best you’re going to find in the area. The Banging Tofu Bowl is my favorite, but Tangy Tacos are a close second. I’ll admit that I’ve ordered both when I can’t decide. As a person with diet restrictions, it’s hard to find any food that I am able to eat. I was really happy to find something that fit into my restrictions and tasted so good. I have also used them for meal prep and Krystina made it easy to pick up the meals. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to finally taste some good food around here!

Calling all foodies !!!!! The best taco I’ve ever had hands down and they were vegan! I recently had the pleasure of attending the Destin 2023 food truck fest and came across this absolute 💎 Gem !!! The two lovely ladies I spoke to graciously gave me a small sample to try because I was hard torn between two items and ultimately I ended up getting their vegan tacos. They let me add a little of their two signature sauces (salsa verde & chipotle) to create the most delicious tacos I’ve ever tasted, hands down. Now I will say I’ve been vegetarian for more than 10 years but I’m positive even the meat eaters will agree the proof is in the puddin’ or in this case vegan tacos !!! I absolutely became an instant fan you can taste the love in every bite. You can tell they use fresh -quality ingredients and truly take care and pride in what they make. I’ll be following them intently, A+++

I have been vegan for 7 years, and it’s hard to come by good plant-based food in this area. I am glad Wellness con Sabor is in the area now! The tangy tacos were so delicious. The soy protein was really good consistency. And the corn tortillas did not make me miss flour tortillas, they were made really well. Definitely recommend for vegans and non-vegans alike.

Absolutely fantastic and delicious plant-based food! Honestly it’s hard to find a vegan food option on the Emerald Coast but these guys deliver.

I got the tacos which are made with a “chicken” and topped with a verde sauce and fresh cilantro and red onions. If you are normally a meat eater this would definitely fulfill your appetite.

This little family owned food truck is well worth the stop. Friendly and fast service that is satisfying. I’ll be looking out for this food truck at local events and you should too!
