So I got teriyaki chicken and fried rice with a salad and spring rolls, it cost just at 20 dollars. The salad and the ginger dressing was great, nothing that was go back worthy but it was good. Now for the chicken and rice. The fried rice was very lackluster and did not have a pleasant taste. The chicken was alright but there were a few pieces a bit burnt. As for the spring roll is was a very average roll. Overall for 20 bucks I don't think it was worth the price as the serving size for that much is kinda much. But all in all, nice people and a cute restaurant but average food
It's not a very large place but they do a brisk business. They prepare Hibachi style cooked Chinese/Japanese food. They do a lot of take out orders.
It was 90 degrees in the restaurant. I don't know if that is normally where they set the thermostat, or if the AC was broken, but it made eating in the restaurant very unpleasant, hot, and sweaty.
The portions were nice for a cheap price.
The grilled shrimp was very good, but skip the "steak". The cut was greasy, grisly and not enjoyable to eat.
The strawberry banana cheesecake crepe was overpriced, not that good, and only a scoop of ice cream inside it.
They were also out of kiwi for the kids meal fruit option.
If you want fast food hibachi for a cheap price, get TAKEOUT from here.
