“Great little cafe stop for a quick breakfast before heading back to Tampa! All of the servers and service was great, everyone was so attentive. “Really enjoyed our dinner! We all ordered the jagerschnitzel and it was delicious! I deducted a star because while our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu we did feel forgotten and waited a while for our check, she didn’t check on us much since we sat outside. I do wish there was a green offering as a side, like steamed broccoli, schnitzel with pasta, rice, or fries, was all very heavy.”

“My brother has talked about this place for some time. I was happy we finally went. I have never had authentic German food or a Schnitzel so I can’t speak for how authentic it is, but I can say the service was outstanding and my first schnitzel experience was delicious! Also we got dessert despite being really full and had a delicious homemade Black Forest cake. Service was excellent. Food came out fresh and fast. There are many items on menu and schnitzel prepared in many different varieties.”

“Very nice and quite environment. Staff members are super friendly. We went there as a family group (4 adults and 3 children) to celebrate my brother's birthday. Everyone was happy with their orders. Food was delicious and portions were quite large. We ended up taking most of our food home, because none of us could finish our plates. My personal favorite dish was fried calamari. It was super delicious. I highly recommend trying that appetizer. That doesn't mean other dishes weren't pleasant. ☺️ I also enjoyed as much of my Parmesan Chicken as I could finish. Since portion sizes were large (by my standards), I was only able to eat less than half of my plate. 😄 All in all, it was a great family dinner. We will definitely be coming back to Ciao Bella again.”

“Came in around 1 pm , which we usually do on Sundays for lunch, and had terrible service. There was an older lady who served us with short brown hair and she was a new face to us. She was very inattentive and gave us rude responses when we would ask for refills, sauces and such. This was new for us, as usually the service is great, but this experience almost makes us not want to come back. Nothing is worse than trying to eat a meal without something to drink. Not very friendly or smiley at all… Food was great as usual!”

I watched two employees just hanging out doing nothing. I used hand sanitizer and napkins to clean a table for us. I think there is a bit of a management expectation problem. . . and obviously an employee motivation issue.”

“Great sandwich options, helpful employees. My only reason for not going higher than three stars is that the tables were not clean and no other patrons were seated in the restaurant. It seemed that it could have been a simple task to wipe down those tables during a moment with only one customer. But the food was terrific and the girl behind the counter prompt and professional.”
