“Came in around 1 pm , which we usually do on Sundays for lunch, and had terrible service. There was an older lady who served us with short brown hair and she was a new face to us. She was very inattentive and gave us rude responses when we would ask for refills, sauces and such. This was new for us, as usually the service is great, but this experience almost makes us not want to come back. Nothing is worse than trying to eat a meal without something to drink. Not very friendly or smiley at all… Food was great as usual!”

“Top-notch, tasty pizza. Not a dine-in! The dining area is neglected. Decor is crumbs galore. Tables, tables, everywhere. But, not a place to eat. I had the hand-tossed Works. It was loaded with toppings and the sauce was a sweet, not spicy sauce. Although I prefer a bit more spice, the recipe is solid.”

“Food was good. What is appaling is the condition of the eating and drinks area. There were no other guests dining in when we were there. Every table was filthy as was the drink self service area. I watched two employees just hanging out doing nothing. I used hand sanitizer and napkins to clean a table for us. I think there is a bit of a management expectation problem. . . and obviously an employee motivation issue.”

“We got there a bit later in the morning and missed out on the selections. We're headed back in the early morning. The espresso was amazing and our pretzel bombs were out of this world. (The chocolate banana bread had too chocolate chips but I'm not big chocolate fan so my opinion is bias.) Four stars are based on first-time experience. I hardly make reviews; so, making one says a lot. I will update it once we go again.”
