“Amazing food, but one star removed for customer service on reservations/phone. You really should have someone answering the phone who knows how to talk politely and properly to customers. Very rude. Over and over each time we’ve called. Not an isolated incident. We’ll still support, but the woman answering the phone could use some customer service training and soften her heart and social skills a little :)”
