“This restaurant definitely gives more of a home feeling compared to most restaurants. The food is well prepared overall and the menu not overly extensive yet has good variety. The place was clean and service good. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because we ordered an appetizer but did not get what we asked for and my filet was not medium but rare. I still enjoyed it very much and we will be sure to return. We came back and it was amazing. The Filet Mignon was cooked to perfection and service was amazing. We did get some cheesecake for dessert and it was some of the best I have had.”

“Sushi is either great or not great, there is very little in between. You Sushi is great! We got four rolls as well as tempura shrimp and veggies. The tempura was a bit thick for our taste. It was almost too hard to bight because of the thickness. The sushi rolls however were fantastic! Great flavors and variety. One roll came out missing some ingredients from the menu, but it tasted really good so we ate it anyway. Everything was fresh tasting and well presented. Just wish the tempura wasn't so thick.”

“So in regards to all the negative complaints and reviews about the service… I wonder if these people live under a rock and are unaware that staffing is currently short literally EVERYWHERE. People in the restaurant business are doing their best… if you cannot understand or accept that, eat at home. (Note: the restaurant has a sign acknowledging the shortage in staff. Feel free to read it.) ANYWAY… we’re from out of town. We always make it a point to go to Wings of Fire whenever we’re in town for football games. We didn’t let the negative reviews prevent us from going this time. With that said, we had an amazing experience. Michele is such a great waitress. She was definitely on top of everything and had great recommendations. The food was delicious! I don’t mess around with my hot wings, and the mango habanero were *chef’s kiss*! Love the hometown environment, the beer, food, etc. We’ll always come back for more. Thanks, Michele!”

“We went to azteca for dinner today. At first we didn’t get any sort of service. We were about to walk out but the manager noticed that we hadn’t been helped and he corrected the issue right away. The reason we didn’t get help at the beginning was because we changed tables and our waitress wasn’t told that we were in her section. After the managers correction we got amazing service and the food was as amazing as always!!”

“Diana who was at the counter was amazing. Even telling an older / younger lady that she looked beautiful. That was something I will never forget. Such an incredible gesture. Young people don't get the credit they deserve instead people just think they are All bad, that most definitely is not the case. Diana and her outstanding customer service should be recognized for how she made that lady's day. As a manager and supervisor for a major airline I would definitely make sure my bosses knew what an outstanding example Diana is for CiCi's.”

“A group of us dined on the patio. I ordered a turkey club.....wished I had asked for double the meat and no cheese. It was a very good sandwich, but come on... sometimes you want it "your way." The ribs on the opposite end of the table looked FANTASTIC and they took some home. I think my pup would have been happy had I ordered the ribs for sure!
