“The short: pizza and wings were delicious, service was quick considering how busy this place was, would highly recommend! The long: this place was packed, with a line going to the door for pickup. We were lucky and got a booth right when we walked in. The menu was filled with all the Italian food you'd expect, but we were there for pizza and wings. Servers were quick to take our drink order and just as quick to bring them. Wings came first and they were literally perfect! Crispy, good chicken portion and the sauce (mild) was amazing. Pizza came not to long after, around 30 minutes. Pizza was a new york style, sliced sausage and pepperoni. Sausage was really good, better than average. Sauce was a classic new york slightly sweet. Cheese was so good, melted and gooey, extra stringy! Crust was exactly as you'd expect from new york style, nice and airy and crisp around the edge. Dessert we went for a cannoli, great filling, sprinkled with powdered sugar and sprinkles. Highly recommend to anyone looking for pizza!”

“Once a month I make the two hour drive into Okeechobee to pick up a load of feed. I try to patronize a f different restaurant each time. This month, I chose Big Tasty’s. I ordered the Iced Tea with a steak and cheese minus the onions and peppers and a side of fries. The bread was fresh, the fries were perfect, the steak and cheese was good but the amount of meat on the sandwich was pretty disappointing. The restaurant is very charming with a 50’s theme for decor. Easy parking and plenty of space. Our server was Robin and she was amazing.”

“Came here about two weeks ago for lunch because I could smell the food from across the street, from witch I was dropping of a car to a body shop. I originally wanted three tacos de Al pastor, but I was told they were out. He suggested 4 birria tacos for 15 dollars. Best suggestion ever the tacos were stuffed with meat and cheese and the tortilla was really crisp seasoned with oil from the meat. I’m definitely making this my go to spot for lunch when in okeechobee again. And what is up with people and sour cream lol in the reviews.”

“I had looked at reviews and was sold in trying this location yesterday in our travels. I loved the down home feel, absolutely went crazy happy about the decor inside, super friendly and attentive staff, prices are outstanding, and food was absolutely delicious! I had the corned beef hash, husband had the steak philly omelette, our son had eggs and a biscuit with orange juice. We had coffee also. Loved it so much, I had to walk away with a tshirt! “I got to spend the weekend here at the lodges which included some clay shooting, pistol/rifle range as well as a steak dinner. Experienced sport clay shooting for my first time, was not easy but once you start connecting with the clay it feels like you made a hole in one. They give you a golf cart to drive to each station and enjoy the two courses. Then we signed up for a private instructor one on one training which was amazing and priceless with Alejandro. You very to practice at one of the competition park bays. Ask about getting certified, to be able to rent them alone in the future. I do want to mention that safety is the number 1 priority here. Don't forget to have a burger 🍔 🍺.”
