we had Chef Joe and Kim prepare a meal for my wife's "milestone" birthday and it was fantastic. Great good, and great service.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Joe we hired him to cook us dinner after we got married with just our parents to make the night even more special. We got a Villa at Disney’s Riviera Resort so I was happy to hear that he has cooked in other Disney’s hotels before. They arrived on time and never rushed us to sit down it was all about what worked for us. The food was unbelievably good we are still talking about it and thinking of when we can use him again. Thank you Joe!!

He can customize any meal to your exact spec, whether cooking for a small family or designing a weekly meal plan for a professional athlete who requires 5,500+ calories per day, or anything in between. He incorporates personal taste feedback really well and comes up with creative solutions to get healthy nutrients into meals for clients who are picky eaters. He’s timely, efficient, and goes above and beyond to clean the kitchen and prep areas, often leaving them in better condition than he found them. Food is delicious and he’s just a really hard-working, talented dude. Absolute highest level of recommendation I can give.

I hired Chef Joe for my mother in laws 80th birthday brunch! He was amazing! The food was great, he had a nice variety and the service was amazing. I highly recommend hiring him for any occasion! He made everything so much easier than doing it ourselves or going to a restaurant. He catered to a pretty picky crowd and everyone loved everything! I have to say that the omelets were really amazing! Everyone from ages 12-90 loved every minute of it! Thanks Chef Joe! I will definitely use you again!
