Incredible food in an unassuming part of town!

Down a few old Florida roads and across from the old Town church sits some of the best BBQ you can find in the tri-county area. Few places really accomplish great BBQ and great atmosphere: Yellow Dog Eats does, and then some! With cozy seating on the patio or up stairs, BBQ that melts in your mouth, sauces that outshine the nearby fireworks and am amazing selection of drinks: this eatery really has it all.

Eaters beware: like all good BBQ joints, they only make so much food for a day. Call ahead!

I’ve been going to Yellow Dog Eats since it opened, but I’ve got to admit, it had been a while since I had been recently. The new outdoor seating area was a pleasant surprise. More room inside fora queue without all the tables in the way and great seating outside in a comfortable environment. Love it! Mix that with awesome sandwiches (although I’m sad the Puppy Love isn’t on the menu anymore) and awesome BBQ - this is a must do for any foodie in the Orlando area. I personally love the Johnny Rocket which is this amazing mix of sweet and savory on a turkey sandwich but everything I’ve had is amazing.

Sandwiches come with chips and a very small coleslaw but the sides you can add are awesome. The tomato and mozzarella is my favorite with some extra balsamic on top. Yum! Save room for deserts - they are amazing and locally made.

Can’t wait to come back - and I won’t wait as long this time!

Second time here and it was just a great as the first time! Big portions and great ingredients. Vegan and vegetarian options too!! Just to note, not a lot of indoor seating, but the covered patio has lots of fans and is fun and quaint to dine on. Think of the patio as more of an outdoor room, than a deck. Check it out, it's great!
