Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill Orlando

I went yesterday to Wolfgang the one of many times. Unfortunately in the beginning their had been a miscommunication between the waiters and waitresses in which we had almost left. But I am sure glad we did not leave! We had one of the best experiences at Wolfgang! Gianna really gave us a memorable experience there! The food was great and she really took great care of us! Thank you again! If you are in the area definitely worth stopping by! Great food and customer service you can’t beat that!

I really wanted to like this place! The interior is beautiful and the menu looked delicious. Our food was relatively okay but not spectacular. We ordered the truffle chips, the roasted chicken, and the pumpkin ravioli. As I said, all were fine but we were disappointed. The worst thing about our experience was our service. Our waiter didn’t really check in with us at all (I’m guessing they were understaffed). We got our food (from a different server), finished our food, and then waited for about twenty minutes before she came by. She didn’t even bother asking how our food was at that point. My husband (who never says anything bad about anyone or anything) summarized the experience as “a major bummer”. Well said.

Before visiting Disney Springs we made a reservation at Wolfgang Puck's since we've never eaten at one of his restaurants. We were not disappointed. The menu selection was extensive, portions were good sized and the service was very good.

I love desserts, especially carrot cake when I can find it. The carrot cake here is the best I've eaten, bar-none. The secret ingredient is pineapple!
