“The Edison has a great staff with very good food and service. My burger was cooked perfectly and the size was great. Bar tenders were very good, definitely recommend The Edison cocktail. Our waitress Delaney was awesome. Super funny and engaging. She made sure we had a unforgettable experience. Definitely will come back and he requesting her as our waitress.”

“Love the speakeasy theme! For those of you that don’t know you can enter from the front entrance below Maria and enters or through The Edison. We moved to Central Florida a couple years ago from the New York metro area so we are used to some very good Italian. So far in Central Florida this is our favorite Italian place! Not the best you have ever had if you are used to really good authentic Italian but still well worth a visit. Great martinis! I would say this is my husband’s favorite Central Florida restaurant and we have been there several times and will continue to go back. The pasta tastes fresh”

“Polly is an incredible person, worker, conversationalist, & being! She was immensely accommodating, well-spoken (especially with English being her second language~), caring, and never faltered with doing her job. I showed up at Kimono's every night during my stay, and she was always on point. When I visit Swan Resort again, I will head for Kimono's just to see her again♡ Thank you for your hospitality and love, Kimono's. I hope/pray Polly is there next time I arrive, or that she's a manager maintaining the integrity of the place! 12/10, for sure.
