I lived in Taiwan for a couple of years. Some of my favorite things about life there were the food and the novel Asian products. Any store where you can get delicious fried dumplings and a Chinese hair dye kit that could help me look like Asian Wayne Newton at the same time is a freaking win. This place has so much cool stuff, Asian grocery items, and freshly cooked food. Check it out for sure.
This place is kind of a hidden gem imo. I recommend it to people all the time and no one's heard of it. They have a vegetarian cafe that serves some of the best Ramen and meat substitute I've ever had. Not to mention a bunch of Asian snacks you can't find just anywhere
This is an awesome Asian market. The selection here is huge. They have fresh fruit & vegetables isle. The frozen foods selection also very large. I found some unusual flavoring that I have not seen in other Asian markets, pandan-its delicious! They also have Healthcare & household products.
I've been going here since I was a kid and I've only seen it grow more popular and continue to be delicious! It's always busy so my family and I come at least 15 minutes before it opens to stand in line to be the first wave of people in. They don't take reservations but it's common for other people to do take out. We never really have to look at the menu since these are our musts to always order: Eastside Asian Market.
Eastside is my favorite Asian grocery store in the Orlando area. It's a bit of a drive for me, but well worth it since they carry the best selection of Japanese products- especially beverages! Ronald, the owner, is the real deal. He'll recommended other local businesses if you're in want of a particular dish, or gladly take the time to talk travel tips. Thanks for all the help!
