Mangoni’s Italian Market

Really wanted to like this place. We did go for lunch so that may have been part of the problem. We walked in and sat at a table. You order from your table off of your phone, which I like. We discovered that the menu did not have any of the cocktails, wine, or draft beer on it. We asked one of the ladies working there and she told us the cocktail bar didn't start until 5 but if we wanted to ask the bartender we could, it just depended on who was working that day. Kind of odd. Anyway, decided to just get a can of beer and a aperol spritz from the lunch menu along with a supreme pizza and Italian salad. The salad came out pretty quick but with no extra plates. We asked for plates and the waitress told us they didn't have any but we could have a large pizza serving tray or another bowl. Seems very odd that they don't offer plates but maybe they are on order? Salad was good. The pizza came out shortly after. The crust was crisp on the bottom, which was good but the pizza was very average. For an Italian market, the sausage was very bland. And even though the pizza came out pretty fast it was not very hot. Just not impressed. They did a great job with the design of the restaurant. Everything in the place looks great and the covered patio is very nice. Hopefully they can fix a few things. Definitely recommend serving the full bar at lunch and providing plates. We will give them another shot once they are up and running longer.

I absolutely love this place. The pizza is phenomenal, the drinks are creative, the music is great, and the decor is beautiful. You can tell they buy high quality food ingredients and put a lot of thought into their drink menu too. The staff is super friendly too. The manager walks around and checks on everyone and is always in a great mood. We have taken several friends and everyone raves about it. Winter Garden really needed a place like this. We have been multiple times already and will keep going back! Keep up the good work, guys.
