The concept of make your own pizza and putting it in an oven that bakes it quickly is becoming a super popular concept in Central Florida ( and probably everywhere), so with the numerous options, these places have to stand out. Honestly, there was nothing special about this place. The pizza crust was way too doughy, the sauce and cheese was excessive... The portions were just all off. I will say that the beer selection was good but that's about it. I probably won't come back, there are just too many better options (blaze).
Overall a pleasant experience. All the pizza is made fresh and right in front of you. The concept is very similar to Blaze Pizza and the prices are similar, maybe a little more expensive here. Had to ask for extra sauce on my pizza because they skimp out using a brush rather than a ladle, but the variety of other toppings and ingredients were really nice. The restaurant itself was very clean and the theming is cute. Great beer selection too.
Great pizza and clean, friendly atmosphere. Efficient staff and hardly any wait for pizza to arrive. Large selection of pizza options, or make your own selections. Be sure to get dessert if you save room. Worth the effort.
First visit to the newly opened Pizza Press. The restaurant was very clean, and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly.
Split a pizza with my wife - half and half. For the build your own pizza you can have all the toppings you want for about $11. My half had pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, red onions, and red pepper. It was hot and delicious. I had one bite with a big chunk of onion. I was leery about eating it, but it was the bite I enjoyed the most.
It was dang near as good as Blaze. We'll be coming back a lot.
A suggestion would be for them to offer oregano and salt sprinkled on top.
Stopped for a pizza to go while at work. Pizza was amazing! The place just opened and everyone is still getting the hang of things plus they've been super busy so a few bumps are to be expected. On that note, service was still awesome, everyone I dealt with was really nice. If you're looking for a good pizza, this is the place to be. I highly recommend you try it.
