We love the ambience & view. The service, drinks and choice of incredible amount of disposable plastic, however, is disturbing. Also, one of the meals was great, The other a huge disappointment.

The server was borderline rude and not professional. The drink was mediocre. However, the most alarming part was not only placing an expensive drink in an ordinary disposable plastic cup but the fact that it is excused because there is a pool on the rooftop - if you insist on using plastic it should be decent quality ones which can be cleaned and reused. It is not only more environmentally friendly but aesthetically pleasing.

The hotel location has a lot of potential and not much competition in West Palm as far as rooftops go but it is keeping my entire family from returning unless changes are made. Please consider doing your part as many others in the same setup have in South Florida and elsewhere.The environment matters :)

My wife and I are always trying different places in Palm Beach to try them & review them but this time we picked Spruzzo to celebrate our 23rd anniversary. This place has a Spectacular view of Palm Beach inlet and marina. The food was great. We ordered the paella and a bottle of wine. Excellent presentation, great taste, and the right portion. All the staff very attentive, the host took the effort to accommodate a nice table for us (water view) & our waitress was very polite & attentive all the time, making sure everything was great. I’ll recommend it to all my friends & guests. We run several Airbnbs in Palm Beach & this place will be recommended for sure.

Had lunch at the Ben rooftop restaurant and bar on a fairly clear February day. Nice spot with a decent menu. Octopus was excellent. I also got the beef skirt sandwich, which was delicious. My gal had the salmon, which I got to finish ... Yummy. My gal also had a red sangria, which was very tasty. You got choices between red, white, and rose. I had a Mexican mule that was okay. View from restaurant is good. The adjacent pool and the general scene offers some people watching that's probably enhanced during the Spring. Menu is a tad pricey, but then why are you here if your not ready to pay the prices. Enjoy!

Cold beer and good food with one of the best views in West Palm Beach. Some of the bad reviews seem like they were back when the place first opened. They have remedied any service issues. Bartenders are great.
